Optional analytics on Odoo and Dolibarr pages
Since 30 September 2026, our Odoo catalogue, product pages, installation guides and presentations use Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics; since 9 October 2026 the same applies to the Dolibarr module pages. We measure page views, guide opens, presentation progress and clicks to Odoo Apps, Dolistore or contact links to improve product information. An Odoo Apps or Dolistore click is not a confirmed sale.
You can decline or withdraw consent using “Analytics preferences” in the footer of any Odoo or Dolibarr page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also prevent this collection. Without your agreement, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. Your choice and your colour theme are stored locally in your browser.
Events contain the product, platform (Odoo or Dolibarr), page type, language, and, where relevant, the Odoo version, link position, presentation step and a limited campaign source. URLs are sent without query strings; we do not send form contents, email addresses or individual lead identifiers in these events. Google receives technical connection and browser/device data, and Analytics uses cookie identifiers; these data should not be described as anonymous.
Analytics cookies are configured for 90 days and are removed when you withdraw consent. Detailed user and event retention in Analytics is set to two months, without resetting the period on new activity; this setting does not limit most aggregated standard reports. Google Signals, advertising personalization and enhanced automatic measurement are disabled in our setup. Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Other data handled by this site
Our web server records standard access logs, including IP address, requested page and time, for operation and security. Pages using Google Fonts contact Google’s servers to load typefaces. When you submit the job application form, the information and documents you provide are sent to our recruitment service to process your application.
What we collect when you contact us
If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your project or your application for a position.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to run the engagement.
- To process job applications.
- To meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as the business relationship justifies it, then for the period our accounting and legal obligations require. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within two years unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@arcchester.com and we will answer within thirty days.
