What this site collects

Nothing, directly. This website has no contact form, no account, no analytics script and no advertising tag, and it sets no cookies of its own. The only thing stored in your browser is your light-or-dark theme choice, kept locally and never sent anywhere.

Two things are worth stating plainly. Our web server records standard access logs — IP address, page requested, time — which is how any server works and how we detect abuse. And the page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google sees your IP address. We use no other third-party resource.

What we collect when you contact us

If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your project or your application for a position.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to run the engagement.
  • To process job applications.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept as long as the business relationship justifies it, then for the period our accounting and legal obligations require. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within two years unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@arcchester.com and we will answer within thirty days.

Who we are
