PackTrace links a packaging composition to each product, computes the weight placed on the market by material, country and channel from validated invoices or shipments, and produces the files for Citeo, Léko, EPRO, LUCID and the PPWR producer register.
Bottle, cap, label, box, film: each packaging element is described once with its material, weight, recycled content, recyclability grade and PPWR data, then reused in the composition of every product. The dashboard lists products sold without packaging so nothing is missed.
Validated invoices (credit notes deducted, abandoned invoices excluded) or validated shipments feed the computation. The country of placing on the market comes from the delivery address, the channel (household or commercial) from the product or the customer type, and shipping packaging is added per shipping method.
Weight per category as CSV, per-unit (UVC) file for Citeo and Léko, LUCID XML data report following the ZSVR guide 1.3, annual report for the PPWR producer register and simplified report below 10 tonnes. Embedded 2026 Citeo and Léko fee schedules give an estimated contribution.
The banner shows the company role and quantity source and counts down to the next deadline. Counters: products sold without packaging, sales countries without a valid registration, packaging elements, tonnage placed on the market, reports filed. A roadmap, the sales countries with their registrations and the list of deadlines follow.

From the sales channel set on the product, otherwise from the customer type of the third party, otherwise from the default channel in the setup. Each scheme then applies its own scope: transport packaging never goes to Citeo, household transport packaging goes to EPRO.
It appears in the “Products sold without packaging” list on the dashboard and in the report alerts. Validation of a report is blocked until the composition is entered, or forced with a traced override.
Yes. The setup selects the source of quantities: validated invoices (credit notes deducted) or validated shipments. Shipping packaging profiles add the box, void fill and tape of each parcel per shipping method.
Your IDU (FR…_01 / _02) and LUCID number (DE + 13 digits) are entered under Registrations with format checks and printed on quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices. Suppliers’ registrations are recorded on their third-party card with an Article 19 reminder.
The PDF names the signatory chosen in the setup and the standards or other acts you list; it is generated per packaging element, in French, English or German, and kept in the element folder. Signing it remains your responsibility.
