1. Prepare supplier information
Collect the production-place name, producer, production country, commodity and geometry matching the actual goods. The examples below are fictional: never use them in a real declaration.
Prepare EUDR supplier plots: a fictional GeoJSON example, CSV template, geometry checks and lot mapping in Odoo 19.
Collect the production-place name, producer, production country, commodity and geometry matching the actual goods. The examples below are fictional: never use them in a real declaration.
Use WGS84 coordinates in longitude, latitude order. Close each polygon by repeating its first point at the end. The module checks supported geometries and reports issues; valid geometry does not prove the origin of the goods or the absence of deforestation.
For one plot, open Inventory → EUDR → Production plots and upload its GeoJSON. For multiple plots, open Import supplier plots and choose the supplier. Use comma-separated UTF-8 CSV with columns name, country, commodity, producer_name, geojson. Quote the GeoJSON string as a CSV field. Limits: 500 rows and 2 MiB.
Validate file reports invalid rows: unknown country, unsupported commodity, invalid geometry or a plot name already used by this supplier. Import plots repeats the checks and never overwrites existing plots.
Open the cocoa lot and select only the plots supplying that lot. The draft created from the receipt uses these links. When the source cannot be determined from a lot and its plots, complete the dossier explicitly; do not select every plot owned by the supplier.
Review goods, quantities, upstream references and evidence. Record the internal assessment before approval. The public demo simulates TRACES responses. For real transmission, use your Acceptance account and validate the entire scenario before production.
