Three rules: French terms on quotes, orders and invoices at the end; a premium brochure as a cover page on quotes from 1,000; English export terms on quotes when the country is not FR and the language is en. Each line shows the file and its page count, the position, the conditions and the active status.
The Factur-X notice, the rules table with a “New rule” button, then the product annexes section: mode, file name patterns (FT_*|*fiche*technique*|*_annexe*) and the document types concerned.
Name, targeted documents, PDF file (upload or reuse), position, order, active flag, then the optional conditions: minimum and maximum amount incl. tax, country condition with its code list, document languages. Here a “Key accounts terms” rule from 5,000 incl. tax.
